Luxury Car Interior Upholstery
Bespoke interiors for modern premium cars
BLARE Design is a private interior atelier in Limassol, crafting bespoke interiors from genuine automotive leather and Alcantara® — shaped around the proportions and character of each car.
Each project follows its own geometry: calm lines, refined materials and execution that feels precise and quiet.
What we create
We create fully bespoke interiors and complete interior refits for modern luxury, performance and collectible cars. Genuine Alcantara® and carefully selected automotive leather are combined so the interior feels as if it could have left the factory this way — but was designed for one owner.

What we focus on
What we do
- bespoke interiors for premium, sports and collectible cars
full retrims in automotive leather and genuine Alcantara®
seats, steering wheels, door panels, headliners and centre consoles
OEM-level upgrades and cohesive full-interior projects, not random piece-by-piece changes
What we decline
- universal seat covers and clip-on accessories
low-grade vinyl or “furniture leather” instead of automotive materials
rush, cost-cutting jobs aimed at quick resale
copying loud show-car interiors that do not suit the car or the owner
If a request does not meet this level, we prefer to state it directly rather than compromise your car.
Owners
This service is for owners who drive distinctive premium cars and notice the difference in materials, stitching and panel alignment. Rolls-Royce, BMW M, Mercedes-AMG, Audi RS, Porsche, Range Rover, G-Class, Ferrari and similar cars are the natural habitat of our work.
Design
Some projects stay close to the factory design language — with tighter panel gaps, better leather grades and more considered colour accents. Others move towards a bolder, more individual aesthetic.
The common rule is simple: the result should read as a natural continuation of the car and the owner’s level, not as a trend or an accessory.
Materials & Craftsmanship
We work only with original Italian and German automotive leather, genuine Alcantara® and carefully selected OEM-grade materials. Every hide, roll and thread is chosen not only for its colour, but for how it will feel in the hand, how it ages and how it behaves in a real car interior.

You can see examples of custom luxury car interiors in our portfolio.
Process
Before any cutting or sewing, we work on geometry: foam layers, shapes and panel lines. Templates are taken from the car itself and refined so that the new trim sits under natural tension — without waves, pulls or loose areas. Each interior is cut, sewn and fitted by hand. No pre-made covers, no universal templates, no outsourced sewing.
Step 1 — Consultation and car inspection
We discuss how the car is used, what you want to feel inside and which parts of the interior should remain close to the factory look. We assess the current interior, its lines and the technical details that will affect the work.
Step 2 — Design direction, visual concept and materials
We define the character of the future interior: from “factory but better” to a more individual solution. If the project involves design changes, a visual concept of the cabin is prepared for approval. At this stage we also finalise leather types, Alcantara®, tones and accents.
Step 3 — Pattern making and preparation
The interior is disassembled where required. Foam and shapes are checked and corrected. Patterns are taken from the original parts, then refined so that the new trim fits with clean geometry.
Step 4 — Cutting, sewing and details
Leather and Alcantara® are cut and sewn by hand. Stitching, perforation and panel joints are treated as part of the design, not just decoration.
Step 5 — Fitting and fine-tuning
The new interior is installed and adjusted panel by panel. Gaps, lines and transitions are refined until everything reads as one continuous surface.
Step 6 — Handover
The car is returned only after a final check — when gaps and lines are correct, all interior elements operate as they should and the cabin is ready for everyday use.
