These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website upholstery.com.cy (the “Website”) operated by BLARE Design (“we”, “us”, “our”), a private automotive interior atelier based in Limassol, Cyprus.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Website.

1. About this Website

The Website is intended to provide general information about BLARE Design, our philosophy, examples of previous projects and the types of services we offer (such as custom interiors, starlight headliners and classic car interior restoration).

The Website does not constitute an online shop. We do not sell services or accept payments directly through the Website. All projects are discussed and agreed individually.

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Website.

Descriptions of services, materials and processes (including references to specific brands such as Alcantara® or automotive leather) are indicative. Exact specifications for each project are confirmed individually during consultation.

Photographs of interiors, materials and details are for illustration only. Actual results depend on the vehicle, its condition, selected design, materials and agreed scope of work.

4. Appointments and communication

You can contact us through the Website, by email, phone or other channels listed in the Contact section.

Submissions through forms, email or messaging apps do not automatically create a booking or contract. A project is considered confirmed only after we explicitly agree the scope of work, timing and pricing with you.

We will do our best to respond to enquiries, but we cannot guarantee availability for every requested timeframe or project.

5. Pricing, quotes and projects

Any prices or estimates provided on the Website or in initial communication are indicative and non-binding. Final pricing is confirmed individually after we have assessed the vehicle, discussed the design and agreed the scope of work.

Project timelines are estimates and may change due to the condition of the vehicle, additional work requested, availability of materials and other factors discussed with you.

Any contract for services is concluded separately (for example, via written confirmation, messages or signed documents) and may contain additional or more specific terms relevant to the project.

6. No online sales

We do not currently offer online ordering or payment through the Website.

Any payment terms, deposits and schedules are agreed with you directly and are not governed by these Terms alone.

7. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Website, including text, photographs, logos, designs and layout, is owned by or licensed to BLARE Design and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and read the content on the Website for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish or use any content from the Website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

8. Images of client vehicles and projects

We may photograph vehicles and interiors we work on and use selected images in our portfolio, on the Website and in social media to showcase our work.

We aim to do this respectfully and without revealing unnecessary personal information. Number plates, faces and other identifiable details may be blurred or omitted where appropriate.

If you have specific concerns about the use of images of your vehicle in our portfolio, please discuss this with us in advance. We will try to find a reasonable solution.
